Handbook Origin
On Feb 25, we started onboarding our first customers and conducting weekly sessions with them.
Early customers trusted us to solve a real pain they had, and building that trust often took a good few meetings to materialize.
Before launching our product, we asked ourselves, how can we convey that same sense of trust to new users.
We had two options:
Delay the launch in order to gain more logos and certificates.
Write genuine content that tells our story, the same way we share our values with our existing customers.
The first option wouldn’t cut it for us as we wanted to meet a significant part of the market as soon as possible.
It was clear we need to build trust by sharing and being open rather than keeping our findings behind closed doors. That’s why we’re writing this Handbook. In this new and exciting space, there is a lot of uncertainty, noisy social channels and FOMO at every corner. We hope to be a beacon of stability in figuring out how to make the most of this new paradigm shift of AI-driven products.
As we grow and mature as a company, we plan on making this handbook the source of truth for who we are and what we stand for. The content in this handbook will focus on simple truths we’ve learned and adopted along the way and would like to share with the ecosystem we’ve grown to love. Hopefully, you, our readers, will find this more valuable and trustworthy than corporate-styled, boring marketing blogs.
